With real estate markets in Asia greatly outperforming the rest of the world, ultra-prime properties in South East Asia are now some of the most expensive and coveted on the planet.  With this in mind, Ensign Media is introducing the first ever South East Asia Property Awards, celebrating the best of the best from the region's residential real estate industry. Through a professionally run judging system, the awards will help to promote South East Asia's real estate on the world stage and also recognise the hard work and success of property developers, interior designers and architects from around the region. The South East Asia Property Awards were presented at a lavish gala dinner on Wednesday 30 November 2011 in Singapore.

Judging Procedure

Leveraging from our experience around the world in monitoring contests and award systems, BDO was engaged by the organisers of South East Asia Property Awards to oversee the entire judging process.

In Thailand, BDO has contributed its expertise in supervising the renowned Thailand Property Awards since 2008.

BDO is proud to be involved in the debut of the South East Asia Property Awards and believes that its involvement enhances the integrity of the judging process and contributes to making the awards a truly credible and well-known prize in the region.
